DP Valve Spares Ltd was formed as a small family owned business in 1996 by Mr David Pegler to supply control valve spare parts to the various process industries in the UK.
We have over 40 years of experience in the control valve industry and the business has expanded to supply all types of valves and valve spares.
Being an independent company we are not tied to any specific OEM. This gives us free reign to source the most technically correct and economically sound products for our customers.
However, although we are independent, we have good business relationships with the major OEM’s and can supply their products if required.
If you cannot find the products you need, do not hold accounts with suppliers or don’t have the time to search, we can use our experience to source them.
We pride ourselves on giving a quick response with competitive and technically appropriate products to meet our customers delivery requirements and high standards.
Located in Evesham, Worcestershire we are ideally situated to supply valves and spare parts across the UK.
We are the exclusive agent in the UK and Ireland for Gem-Trim of Houma, Louisiana.
Gem-Trim is recognised by customers as the premier provider of replacement parts in the control valve industry.
A reputation for highest quality manufacturing and excellent customer service have helped to make it the largest non-OEM provider of valve spares in the process industries.
Gem-Trim is a registered ISO 9001:2008 company and committed to providing customers with the highest quality and most cost-effective parts, which are completely interchangeable with the OEM parts.
Gem-Trim ISO 9001:2008 certificate of registration.
All parts manufactured are made to meet or exceed the quality and performance of the original parts.
Whilst keeping a large inventory of the most popular parts and sizes, Gem-Trim can currently manufacture over 100,000 different valve parts.
If high-value parts need to be salvaged, Gem-Trim can perform and document a dimensional and metallurgic inspection and the re-manufacturing or reconditioning requirements to make the valve part “as-new”.
Once re-manufactured each product is then reinspected to verify that the dimensional and metallurgic qualities are met.
